The traveling ESPN College GameDay show is headed into one of their final broadcasts of the college football season. Regular season games are over for the most part and Saturday’s line up is filled with conference championship games. Lee Corso and the ESPN College GameDay crew have headed to Lucas Oil Stadium in Indianapolis for the Big Ten Championship game between the undefeated No. 2 Ohio State Buckeyes and the one-loss No. 10 Michigan State Spartans.
There is a lot on the line in this game, a loss would end Ohio State’s BCS Championship hopes.
“Our focus is on this game and that’s it,” Ohio State head coach Urban Meyer said. “It’d be a disservice to our players if I went and worried about it. We have to move the ball against a great defense, and that’s my focus.”
For Michigan State it could mean a trip to the prestigious Rose Bowl.
“I don’t know,” said Michigan State coach Mark Dantonio said. “I’m not thinking about losing. We’re going to look at the things we can control.”
Lee Corso made his usual headgear pick, but it is interesting since the game is at a neutral site. There is no home crowd to play to.
