On Sunday night, college football fans around the nation gathered around their television sets to determine when and where they would be set to take the field during bowl season. For a lucky team from the Mountain West Conference and Pac-12, they learned that they will be getting a trip to the Sin City to take part in the 2013 Las Vegas Bowl.

The USC Trojans will be taking on the Fresno State Bulldogs in this year’s match up, in a game that will feature some top NFL Draft prospects. The Trojans offense has star wide receiver Marqise Lee, while Derek Carr leads the Bulldogs.

This could very well turn in to an offensive shootout.

The Las Vegas Bowl is set to take place on December 21 at Sam Boyd Stadium in Whitney, Nevada.

Who do you think will come away from the 2013 Royal Purple Las Vegas Bowl with the win? Sound off in the comments section below with your thoughts and predictions.
