1. Houston Texans
Pick: Teddy Bridgewater, QB, Louisville
While it would be tempting to pair Jadeveon Clowney with J.J. Watt to form one of the most dominating defensive end duos in the NFL, the Texans will not be going anywhere unless they are able to land their quarterback of the future.
Over the next three weeks, the Texans will be spending their time evaluating Case Keenum to see what they have, which they will likely discover is nothing more than a career backup who will not be able to lead them to a championship.
In order to turn things around, Houston needs to jump on the opportunity to take the No. 1 quarterback in the 2014 draft class, which is undoubtedly Teddy Bridgewater.
