Denver Broncos head coach John Fox is apparently a fan of the hit HBO show Entourage. Either that or he has a nickname we are unaware of.
According to a report from Ryan Parker at the Denver Post, Fox checked into a North Carolina hospital registered under the name “Johnny Drama” last month while he was undergoing a heart procedure.
Entourage ran for eight seasons on HBO before its culmination in 2011. It was recently announced that the series is moving to the big screen, with filming beginning in March and a release date tentatively scheduled for some time in the fall of 2014, according to multiple sources.
Johnny “Drama” Chase was the often bullheaded and outspoken brother to the show’s main character, Vincent Chase, and was played by actor Kevin Dillon.
Perpetually clowned on, but lovingly referred to as simply “Drama” throughout the existence of the show, he appeared in all 96 episodes as one of the five main characters.
For those that watched the show, you can’t help but wonder if Fox does this after the Broncos win:
Denver sits at 11-2 on the season and is one of only three teams to clinch a playoff spot thus far – Indianapolis, Seattle – and are one game up on the Kansas City Chiefs in the AFC West with three games to play.
