HS Basketball player makes insane behind-the-back shot running out of gym (Video)

This might be the most incredible basketball shot you have ever seen. Marvey’o Otey, who plays at William Byrd High School in Virginia, was running down the court after his team got a defensive rebound. The pass was a little too far in front of him and he couldn’t catch it initially.

He did manage to chase it down before it went out-of-bounds on the opposite side of the court. In a last-ditch effort as his momentum was carrying him out-of-bounds, he threw the ball in bounds behind his back without looking. Thankfully there was a door there so he didn’t run into the wall in the gymnasium, and he ran into a hall way instead.

The ball didn’t go to a teammate though, it went up and in for the score. It was an incredible shot and I’m sure he had no idea what had happened when he came back in to a screaming and roaring gymnasium.
