When Reggie Bush slipped on the snow during pregame warmups, fans everywhere cringed, knowing that Bush could be forced to miss may a week or two more with the injury.

He explained his injury with ESPN, and how he thinks he is ready for next week.

"When asked by a reporter whether he fully expects to return this week, Bush responded with a one-word affirmative: “Yeah.”He then went on to explain exactly what happened to him Sunday during warm-ups when he re-aggravated his calf injury that eventually kept him out of the game.“I didn’t fall on the ground or anything like that,” Bush said. “I was out there jogging. I wasn’t even going hard. I was just jogging and it just grabbed on me.”Once that happened, Bush said, he was unable to play against the Philadelphia Eagles.“I couldn’t go,” Bush said. “I couldn’t even sit here and lie and say I would have been able to push through it. I couldn’t push through it.”"

His optimism is good, as he is an integral part of the Lions’ offense. His return would be at a good time, seeing sa though he Lions are still in the hunt fo the NFC North division crown this season.
