Early last week, Florida State Seminoles star quarterback Jameis Winston was cleared of all charges after an investigation into sexual assault that stemmed from a December 2012 incident, but today the accuser’s attorney, Patricia Carroll, ripped the findings and sounded off on the decision to not charge Winston.

Carroll held a press conference on Friday to address State Attorney Willie Meggs’ decision and she seems to still believe the investigation was not conducted in good faith.
