Washington Huskies senior quarterback Keith Price told reporters on Monday that he’s completely healed from the shoulder injury he suffered against the UCLA Bruins on November 15. Price missed one game — a 69-27 throttling of the Oregon State Beavers — due to the injury, and he admitted that he wasn’t fully recovered when the Huskies took on the rival Washington State Cougars on November 29.
I feel much better than I did coming into the Wazzu week. I remember during the game I had a hot pack on me the whole time. … I’m completely healed and I’ve been rehabbing … There’s only one way to go, and that’s up.
Price, who threw for 2,843 yards and 20 touchdowns during the regular season, will end his Washington career by leading the Huskies against the BYU Cougars in the Fight Hunger Bowl on December 27.
