Brooklyn Nets’ center Brook Lopez will return to the lineup on Wednesday night when the Nets take on the Washington Wizards, according to Mike Mazzeo of ESPN New York.

Lopez had missed the last two games after respraining his left ankle Thursday against the Los Angeles Clippers.
Lopez has missed nine games overall due to a sprained left ankle. He originally suffered the injury Nov. 15 in Phoenix and missed seven games a result.
He missed the Nets’ 103-99 loss to the Detroit Pistons on Friday and their 130-94 victory over the Philadelphia 76ers on Monday.
He will be joined in the starting lineup by forwards Alan Anderson and Kevin Garnett and guards Deron Williams and Joe Johnson. Paul Pierce will continue to come off of the bench.
Lopez is averaging 20.5 points, 6.0 rebounds and 1.9 blocks per game. He’s shooting 56.0% from the field and 82.8% from the free throw line.
The Nets, who are now 9-15 and the Wizards, who have a record of 10-13, will tip off at 7:30 pm EST.
