EJ Manuel was active in the Bills’ practice on Wednesday. This news comes after Manuel’s sprained knee he suffered on Sunday’s win over the Jacksonville Jaguars. However, he’s only participated in the earlier portions of the day, his status for later is yet to be determined. From ESPN,

"Manuel’s level of participation in the remainder of practice — which began indoors before continuing inside Ralph Wilson Stadium — will become clear when coach Doug Marone provides the injury report after practice."

While guys like Manuel were practicing, there were also a few other Bills that were not participating.

"Meanwhile, receiver Stevie Johnson, running back Fred Jackson and safety Aaron Williams were not spotted at the start of Wednesday’s session.Johnson is presumed to have traveled back to California following the unexpected death of his mother on Saturday. Williams injured his ribs in Sunday’s game, while Jackson’s status is unclear."

Up next for the Bills is a match up against their AFC East division foes, the Miami Dolphins. Buffalo (5-9) will look to extend their win streak to two games, for the first time this season.
