The Eastern Conference’s top two teams are squaring off as the Indiana Pacers are traveling to South Beach to take on the Miami Heat. Things got chippy early between the Pacers’ Lance Stephenson and the Heat’s Mario Chalmers.
It looked liked Stephenson had already been fouled by Udonis Haslem trying to get into the paint. After wards he kept pushing his way to the basket. Chalmers just gives him a little forearm check as he is about to go up and he didn’t like that.
He turns and confronts Chalmers immediately and they have to be separated. It looked like Chalmers could’ve been upset with Stephenson swatting towards his face after the Haslem foul. Though any intent on that isn’t really clear. He could’ve been trying to get his hands down to get ahold of the ball that came loose.
