Even given all the program accomplished during the era of the 1990s, a solid argument could be made that this year’s Florida State Seminoles football team could be the greatest group ever assembled in Tallahassee. They ran through virtually every opponent that was put in front of them en route to their upcoming date on Jan. 6 against the Auburn Tigers in the BCS National Championship Game inside the Rose Bowl.
It certainly has been a magical season for this group of young men, led by their Heisman-winning quarterback, Jameis Winston.
To celebrate the accomplishments of this season, Florida State has released an amazing hype video chronicling the team’s season this year, beginning with the end of Winston’s Heisman acceptance speech in which he recreated the infamous words he spoke before the Clemson game in which he told his teammates, “If we gonna do it then, we do it big then”:
If that doesn’t get every Florida State fan up out of their seats in excitement, then I’m not sure what will.
