Every year as the NFL Draft talk heats up as the college football season comes to a close, there are a lot of names thrown around, but then there are some that have been around for a long time that everyone waits to hear some news on.
One of those names is Louisville’s Teddy Bridgewater. Bridgewater has long been mentioned as maybe the top signal-calling prospect in the country, and quite possibly the top overall pick. However, the junior has yet to officially announce his decision as to whether or not he will throw his name into the draft next May.
While Friday night he did not make any sort of ‘official’ declaration, the Louisville junior sent out a tweet which certainly suggests that he has played his final game in the collegiate ranks:
Sacrificed a lot of personal glory for the people around me because I I've always been apart of something bigger than me. It's my time now.
— Teddy Bridgewater (@teddyb_h2o) December 21, 2013
It certainly seems like a cryptic message alluding to the possibility that the junior will be heading off to the greener pastures of the National Football League.
