Chris Andersen found his niche in Miami last season. He brought them hustle, rebounding, and did a lot of the dirty work. They rewarded him with a two year contract this past summer, and he continues to bring them those things every night.
Rashard Lewis signed with the Heat last season, and was viewed as a veteran who could help space the floor, and brought some versatility. He didn’t see the floor a lot last season, but with the departure of Mike Miller, he has seen his role increase this season.
In the play above, Lewis gets in the lane and delivers a slick pass to Andersen, who finishes with a dunk. The Heat can pass the ball, and it’s beautiful to watch.
