Steve Spurrier and yoga ball Bump N' Grind remix (Video)

The South Carolina Gamecocks are preparing for a Capital One Bowl match up against Wisconsin. Players have already reported to their first bowl minicamp practice Monday afternoon.

“We have no difficulty getting up for bowl games,” Spurrier said, via The Post and Courier. “I think all of us have learned across the country now, you’re as good as your last game, and the game they talk about is the bowl game. That’s the game they talk about.”

The players aren’t the only ones working out. South Carolina Gamecocks head coach Steve Spurrier is an avid gym rat. Ahead of the Capital One Bowl Spurrier has spent some time getting in some workouts of his own. He works out five to six times each week, which includes a routine on a “yoga ball.”

Though just walking up on the work out could leave you with some raised eyebrows. At one glance it looks odd and interesting.

So the video has been put to R&B signer R. Kelly’s “Bump ‘n Grind” to tell the tale of a simple love story between a man and a ball. I think it is hilarious but tell us what you think about the remix video in the comments section below.
