Cleveland Browns wide receiver Davone Bess did not practice on Thursday or Friday as he was excused by the team for personal reasons.
No problems there, right? Well – there probably wouldn’t have been had Bess stayed off social media, but the sub-par receiver decided to post a picture of himself next to a Bob Marley poster on his Instagram account during his off day.
Oh – and he looks to be lighting a blunt in the process with a caption that reads ‘JahLive’.
Here's a photo from the Instagram of Davone Bess. You know, the "mentor" we brought in for guys like Josh Gordon. pic.twitter.com/9mWvCQuR9x

Now in fairness to Bess, he didn’t post a picture of himself smoking, so I guess he could have made a worse decision though I’m sure the Browns and the NFL won’t look kindly to the wide receiver even putting himself in such a position.
The former undrafted product out of Hawaii who the Browns brought in from the Miami Dolphins this past offseason has 42 catches for 362 yards, including two touchdowns. He’s averaging just under 26 yards receiving per game.
The Instagram post, which was quickly deleted was captured by a handful of media outlets.
