On Saturday, the 8-4 Buffalo Bulls from the Mid American Conference will take on the 7-5 San Diego State Aztecs of the Mountain West Conference in the 2013 Famous Idaho Potato Bowl.
This will be the last time this year that we’ll get to see standout linebacker Khalil Mack in a college uniform as he attempts to wow the NFL scouts even more than he already has with his incredible defensive skills.
Buffalo will be making just its second bowl appearance since 2009 and hope to head into next season on a high note as a potential contender for the MAC title.
San Diego State had quite the year, finishing second to 11-1 Fresno State in their division in the Mountain West . Head coach Rocky Long has done a great job of keeping together what former coach–and current Michigan head man–Brady Hoke built out there in California.
