Currently an analyst for NBC Sports and Sunday Night Football, former NFL head coach Tony Dungy is living the plush life. But does the desire to return to coaching still burn?

Not in the slightest as Dungy, who has been the subject of potential coaching vacancies in recent months told a user on Twitter he has no plans to return to coaching:

"“@KevinLanG20: @TonyDungy Coach, IF the Lions job becomes open, would you consider coming home to coach us?” No I am done coaching!"

Not only did Dungy suggest he was done with the idea of coaching but emphatically did so with an exclamation point. And we all know when punctuation enters the picture, it means business.

Dungy, a native of Michigan could be an option to take over a potential Lions vacancy if Detroit was to fire Jim Schwartz though there’s been no confirmation of such a pending move at this point.

Dungy has not coached since 2008 when he lead the Indianapolis Colts to a 12-4 record.
