For two seasons, Utah Jazz center Enes Kanter shared a locker room, thousands of practices and a friendship with Al Jefferson.

But with an overstock of big men, the Utah Jazz decided to let Al Jefferson walk in free agency this past offseason, allowing him to sign with the Charlotte Bobcats.

Kanter and his Jazz played their former teammate on Saturday night, but not before Kanter presented Al Jefferson with a hilarious trash-talking note prior to the game:

Dear Big Al,

My boy! I am going to pump fake you all night.

Jeremy (Evans) said he is gonna dunk on you.

Airport was closed but thank you for letting us land on your bed.

That bed, Kanter was speaking about is one of the largest in the history of Western Civilization.

Jefferson, who got quite a kick out of the joke, showed off the letter to television cameras.

No word on if he took the letter home and read it on his $23,000 dollar plush mattress.
