During last week’s comeback win over the Detroit Lions, the Baltimore Ravens watched quarterback Joe Flacco have an injury scare after taking a low hit to his knee. Flacco was gimpy after taking the hit, but he should not miss any time.

Flacco is fully expected to start on Sunday against the New England Patriots, as the team continues to fight for a playoff berth.

From Adam Caplan of ESPN:

Flacco has a “mildly” sprained MCL and will be wearing a brace for some added protection, but he should still be able to lead the Ravens offense against a wounded Patriots secondary.

Baltimore is currently in control of their own destiny in the AFC Wild Card race, so they will hope that Flacco will not have any setbacks as they fight to win out and clinch their spot in the playoffs.
