With just two weeks remaining in the NFL regular season, there are a number of teams around the league that need to win their final games if they want to earn a chance in the postseason. The tightest races come in the NFC East and NFC North, with the losers of the divisional races finding themselves removed from the playoff picture.

For the Philadelphia Eagles, Dallas Cowboys, Green Bay Packers, Chicago Bears and Detroit Lions, this means the pressure is on.
