The USC Trojans capped off an incredible turnaround season on Saturday with a win over the Fresno State Bulldogs in the Royal Purple Las Vegas Bowl.
But, now that that’s in the books, a lot of focus has been turned to some talented players on this team and their impending decisions of coming back to help usher in the Steve Sarkisian era next season or head off to test their talents in the NFL
One of those players is junior safety Dion Bailey, and we’ll know his decision very soon.
USC announced that the 6-0, 200-pounder will hold a press conference on Monday to announce his future plans.
This season, Bailey was outstanding, finishing up with five interceptions and 62 total tackles in helping the Trojans recover from a disastrous start to the season.
2013 was the first year at safety for Bailey. He played his first two seasons in Los Angeles at outside linebacker, but seemed a lot more comfortable this year in the defensive backfield.
