2014 NFL Draft order: Texans still hold top pick

After a wild Sunday of NFL action, we have a good idea of how the NFL Draft order will be when the season comes to an end. The Houston Texans retained the top pick after their 13th straight loss, which was a franchise record.

The St. Louis Rams hang on to the No. 2 pick, thanks to the Washington Redskins, while the Jacksonville Jaguars, Oakland Raiders and Cleveland Browns round out the top five.
