Offensively, the quarterback position for the Georgia Bulldogs has gotten the most recognition the past few years with Aaron Murray. However, Murray would be the first to tell you that he was helped out a lot by a strong running game with the likes of Todd Gurley and Keith Marshall.

Naturally, the Bulldogs would like to keep the trend of amazing running backs going in the near future, and they may have a very good chance to do that as they’ve drawn some high interest from five-star 2015 prospect, Taj Griffin.

With schools such as Oregon and Clemson already on the high school junior’s list, he’s been very impressed with the Dawgs also, according to 247 Sports:

“I really like Georgia, I feel like I could fit into their program pretty well,” he said.”I really like what they are doing. They are really high on the list too. Definitely taking them into consideration too.”

The versatile Griffin would be a great grab for Mark Richt. Not only is he amazing between the tackles, but he displays the ever-rare ability to catch the ball out of the backfield, which is more crucial now in today’s spread-out college football world more than ever.
