Jose Aldo shows off his leg kicks in preparation for Ricardo Lamas

At UFC 169, Jose Aldo will defend his UFC Featherweight title against challenger, Ricardo Lamas. Aldo is the heavy favorite in the bout, but he is certainly not resting on his laurels. Aldo posted a short video on Instagram today, showcasing his training for his leg kicks:

Aldo (23-1, 5-0 UFC) utilizes his brutal leg kicks better than most fighters in the UFC. He will clearly be looking to do damage to Lamas’ legs come February. The Google Translate on the Instagram says Aldo is training 1000 leg kicks a day:

After heavy training Muay Thai, 500 kicks. Since the morning after Wrestiling had done another 500 rs. The leg, it levinha. Uiiiiiiii deny. venumteam # # novauniao
