Last night the Atlanta Hawks were in South Beach trying to get a win over the Miami Heat. Unfortunately, LeBron James had other plans. On a drive with 15.1 seconds left in the game, down three points, LeBron James drove and threw down a huge dunk over Paul Millsap.
Why people keep getting in the way of a driving LeBron James is beyond me, just step aside he is going to score anyways. James had just destroyed Kings’ Ben McLemore on a similar play days earlier.
You might wonder why with just over 15 seconds LeBron is taking two when they’re down three. They got the points and fouled Jeff Teague, who made both his free throws. Then Ray Allen was fouled from behind the arc and made his three free throws to tie the game up and force overtime.
The Heat would end up winning and LeBron had another impressive stat line: 38 points, eight rebounds, six assists and two steals.
