Today, the Los Angeles Lakers actually have some good news to report via their Twitter account. They tweeted out that starting point guard Jordan Farmar has been cleared to play as his hamstring has completely healed.

With Farmar being cleared to play, the Lakers can now breathe a sigh of relief as they were hurting at the point guard position. While Farmar was out, Xavier Henry was taking over the point guard duties.
Also it seems as if Farmar will be able to step up in right away and play tomorrow on Christmas Day against LeBron James and the Miami Heat. This season, Farmar has been averaging 9.2 points, 4.4 assists, and 2.9 rebounds per game. With Jordan Farmar back it should bring some kind of normalcy to the Los Angeles Lakers starting lineup.
