It’s the most wonderful time of the year, and that means NBA basketball! Christmas Day has become the biggest day on the NBA calendar in a way that most people never imagined, and to be honest, the Association absolutely runs the sporting world on Christmas Day. It is the only major professional sport with game action, and with no bowl games on the agenda, only some middling college hoops (and only 1 top-25 game) gets in the way of NBA exclusivity.

After what many consider to be the slowest day in sports on Christmas Eve, there is a big-time appetite (literally and figuratively) for high-quality sports, and the NBA has once again stepped in to fill the gap. This year, the league has put together a quintet of games (translation: there are 5) ranging from a noon tip-off on the East Coast in Brooklyn to a late-night game in the Bay Area.

We’re here to bring you full coverage of all five games, and without further ado, let’s get to the hardwood action!
