The Cincinnati Bengals have a small chance at locking up a first round bye this weekend with a loss by the New England Patriots.

The reason why I said small chance, is because the Patriots are getting ready to be hosting the Buffalo Bills. With a first round bye up for grabs, you would have to imagine that some of the starters will be playing on Sunday against the Baltimore Ravens.

Their division rivals and defending Super Bowl champion Baltimore Ravens are trying to stay in the hunt for a Wild Card berth. Baltimore can help themselves with a win against the division champs and a loss by a couple other teams who are in the hunt, like the Miami Dolphins for instance.

With the Bengals getting ready to take on the Ravens on Sunday, they may be doing so without both of their number one and number two tight ends. Both Tyler Eifert and Jermaine Gresham missed practiced today and are both listed as questionable.

Both Tyler Eifert and Jermaine Gresham combine for a total of 916 receiving yards and six touchdowns.

Cincinnati is looking to redeem themselves after losing to the Ravens on November 10th .
