A few nights after the Indiana Pacers manhandled the Brooklyn Nets, the injury riddled Chicago Bulls did the same leading to an alleged shouting incident in the Nets’ locker room.

The frustration has clearly hit a boiling point for most involved, including point guard Deron Williams who suggested the Nets’ season is nothing short of a nightmare:

It’s like a nightmare,” Williams said after the Nets were blown out on Christmas 95-78 by the Chicago Bulls Wednesday afternoon at Barclays Center.

“The way the injuries have been and the things we talk about every day: the lack of energy, the lack of effort. I didn’t see that being a problem when we put this team together.”

Williams joins a growing list of Nets players and/or personnel who has recently took it upon themselves to blast the roster, including fellow veteran talents like Paul Pierce and Kevin Garnett.

Now 9-19 and losers of four straight, it doesn’t appear the Nets are getting any better as the season progresses like was originally anticipated by many within the organization.
