The Green Bay Packers and the Chicago Bears will be closing out the final week of the regular season in style.

We’ve seen these two teams go head to head in important games, especially over the last couple of years. Green Bay’s Super Bowl year was kept alive when they were able to get themselves into the playoffs after defeating the Chicago Bears at home in Week 17.

Now they’ll be playing for the NFC Championship game on the line and could be getting two key pieces of their team back just in time. If you haven’t heard, all-star quarterback Aaron Rodgers has been taking first team reps today for the Packers, which is a great sign for the team and their fans.

Wide receiver Randall Cobb, who remains on the injured reserve list was able to practice in pads today. That could be pointing to a Week 17 return but could see a snap count limit if he does play.

Either way it’s great news for the team even tho linebacker Clay Matthews has been ruled out.
