It’s been a rough few months for Indiana Pacers center Roy Hibbert. In addition to documenting his struggles in an airplane bathroom, Hibbert recently had to confess he accidentally got some burning Bengay on his man region during a game (shivers). And as if that wasn’t enough, now ESPN apparently has no idea who the former Georgetown star is – despite allowing him to anchor one of their social media accounts.

Hibbert, who’s quite active on Twitter and Instagram was presented with an image that was plastered atop a promotion in which Hibbert would take over the @ESPNNBA Twitter handle during the Christmas Day NBA games.

All is good, right? Well, it would seem that way – except for the picture on the promotional page, which featured Ian Mahinmi in place of Hibbert.

Hibbert, as usual, took the error in stride and found some humor in the gaff but it was pretty funny considering the guy was live-tweeting the games and they couldn’t even get his picture correct.
