Congratulations, Art Briles. You’re the next head coach of the Texas Longhorns!

Well, at least that’s what the fans believe will happen.

Last week, Sports Illustrated unveiled a little experiment they were running. They took all the names that have been brought up at some point or another and put them into an NCAA Tournament-style bracket and let the fans have their say.

The results have been unveiled on Friday, and the fans have spoken. They believe that the current Baylor head coach will be making a move to Austin, TX in a few weeks to don some burnt orange attire. (Photo via SI.com)

As you can see, it came down to a finals showdown between Briles and San Francisco 49ers head coach Jim Harbaugh, who has had his name mentioned a lot lately, although he has somewhat denied the notion.

Briles seemed like the pretty obvious choice here, as rumors of him have been heating up in recent weeks.

Although, college football fans, Washington Redskins owner Daniel Snyder may want to have a word with you about this.
