You may recall in late November, former MLB star Jose Canseco was pulled over by cops complete with diaper wearing goats in his backseat.

Well, the goats have him in trouble again – this time with his neighbors. Canseco posted a picture online that included a warning from his HOA (home owners association) informing him that he was in violation of the order and to remove the goats from his property:

Violation: It has been reported that goat sounds were heard coming from your property. Please remove the goats from your property.

Now, I’m not really one who’d defend somebody like Canseco, however – how can they just assume he has goats without seeing them? Obviously we all know he has goats but seems a bit presumptuous. In addition – why does he need to remove them from his property? Shouldn’t he be allowed to keep them inside and create his own petting zoo if he’s so inclined?

I tell ya – HOA’s always spoiling the fun for goat loving people.
