The New York Knicks are 9-19 on the season, with new struggles appearing every week, yet head coach Mike Woodson is still sold on one thing, the Atlantic division crown. From ESPN,

"“We won it last year and I expect us to win it this year,” Woodson said after Knicks practice Thursday. “The beauty about all of this that we’re going through is nobody’s running away with it in our division, and I’m pushing our team to win our division still,” Woodson said."

What’s also intriguing is that the possibility of the Knicks winning the division title isn’t hard to imagine. The Knicks are just three games behind the division-eading Toronto Raptors, who as it turns out, will be playing two games against the Knicks this week. So potentially, with two wins against the Raptors, the Knicks could move to within one game of the division lead.

With key injuries to some of the other teams in the Atlantic division, if the Knicks were going to make a serious run for the title, there is no better time to start then right now.
