The Miami Heat lost to the Sacramento Kings in overtime on Thursday night, and their team might have taken an even bigger hit. Yahoo’s Marc Spears reported last night that LeBron James said he sprained his right groin.

James finished the game playing 44 minutes, a team-high, and scored 33 points, had eight rebounds and eight assists.
“It’s not feeling too well right now,” said James, via Yahoo Sports. “I don’t know what happened in the first half. I played the whole second half after I strained my groin.
“We will see how it feels going to Portland tonight for tomorrow. It ain’t feeling too good right now.”
James scored 14 points in the second half and over time while playing 24 minutes. Head coach Erik Spoelstra thinks the Heat’s loss stems from the third quarter.
“The game turned in the third quarter,” Spoelstra said, via ESPN. “Probably more than anything our offense got us in trouble. A lot of jump shots. And they stepped up their defense. You have to give them credit for that.”
