2014 NFL Playoff Bracket and Playoff Schedule

The NFL Regular season has come to an end and that means that the playoff picture is clear. There were some surprises like the San Diego Chargers fighting their way into the playoffs giving the AFC West three teams in the playoffs. The NFC West almost accomplished the same feat, but the 10-6 Arizona Cardinals were sent home.

In the NFC the Seattle Seahawks and the Carolina Panthers and in the AFC the Denver Broncos and the New England Patriots got first-round byes. Even though there is a bracket below for entertainment purposes, remember that the playoffs get reseeded after the Wild Card round. The No. 1 seed will face the lower seeded team in the second round, while the No. 2 seed will face the higher seeded team.

Can they win outside on a cold day in Philadelphia ?

    Go Hawks!!

Broncos play in cold and heat. Any bronco fan knows that. And being outside just gives them fresh air to breathe.

Is this accurate? I thought that the No. 1 seed faces the lowest seed to advance, not necessarily the winner of one game or the other. Your bracket implies that the Seahawks will face the winner of the 49ers v. Packers.

well the bracket had to be somewhere…the lowest seed can come from either…. just had to be placed somewhere…
