The Duke Blue Devils showed up to play in the 2013 Chick-fil-A Bowl on Tuesday night against the Texas A&M Aggies. They weren’t afraid of any SEC reputation that A&M had coming in as they came right out and punched Johnny Manziel and the Aggies right in the mouth.
However, in the second half it was a bit of a different story as A&M fought back and they fought back hard to cut the lead close.
But for every score that they were getting, they were having to give the ball right back to Duke QB Anthony Boone and the Duke offense, who has been nothing short of spectacular.
They were no more spectacular though than on this play in the fourth quarter.
With A&M having just scored and threatening, Boone dropped back and found wide receiver David Reeves who promptly hauled it in and then had one of the more ridiculous tip-toe of the sidelines to get to the end zone that you will ever see:
That score right there was one of the more amazing plays in a game that has been filled from start to finish with excitement from these two. What a way to end 2013!
