Allstate Sugar Bowl 2014: Oklahoma vs. Alabama live stream, start time, TV info and more

On Thursday, the BCS action continues with the Allstate Sugar Bowl pitting the Alabama Crimson Tide of the Southeastern Conference against the Oklahoma Sooners of the Big 12.

Although this is the BCS, this certainly isn’t the game that many pegged Alabama to be in at season’s end, but one fateful night against the rival Auburn Tigers changed all of that. Now, Nick Saban and his 11-1 Crimson Tide team will roll into New Orleans, where they won the national championship two seasons ago.

Bob Stoops and the Sooners return to the BCS after a 10-2 campaign, which included a huge win over the Oklahoma State Cowboys to end the regular season on a high note.

Now we’ll get to see if Stoops can lead his Sooners over a team from the Southeastern Conference, a conference that was the focal point of some criticism he took for blasting a bit.

Here’s how you can watch these two traditional powers go head-to-head on Thursday:

Date: Jan. 2

Start Time: 8:30 PM ET

Location: New Orleans, LA

Stadium: Mercedes-Benz Superdome

TV Info: ESPN

Live Stream: WatchESPN app
