Two things that don’t mix – beer and ice.

You don’t want ice in your beer (though you do want it ice cold) and you don’t want ice on your feet after drinking a beer. Unfortunately, that’s what happened to a Detroit Red Wings fan who decided he’d attempt to videobomb a live television shot.

Reporting from the Winter Classic which featured the Red Wings and the Toronto Maple Leafs, Fox 2′s Jennifer Hammond was giving a pregame report as fans passed her by. One fan in particular though decided it would be a good idea to sneak up behind her and act like a dumbass on live television.

Mission accomplished as the fan, wearing a Red Wings Gordie Howe jersey took a nasty spill behind Hammond.

Rather than redeeming himself – considering it couldn’t have gotten much worse, the fan simply walked away and pretended the embarrassing gaff didn’t happen.

But things never really go away with a video camera rolling.
