As we draw closer to the Jan. 15 deadline for college football underclassmen to declare for the 2014 NFL Draft, more and more players are beginning to announce their intentions to forego their final years of eligibility and make the leap to the pros.
The latest player to announce that he will be entering the 2014 NFL Draft is Indiana Hoosiers wide receiver Cody Latimer.
NFL Draft insider Tony Pauline passed along the news on Twitter.
Can confirm, Cody Latimer/WR/Indiana has signed w/agent, i’m told presently training in Florida…@IUFB_Hoosiers

This season, Latimer was able to catch 72 receptions for 1,096 yards and nine touchdowns.
Latimer is a big bodied receiver who is not afraid to go after the ball at the point of attack, so he should draw some interest from a number of teams from around the league.
