The New Orleans Saints narrowly escaped disaster in Philadelphia on Saturday night thanks to a last second field goal which kept their season alive.

Nursing a two touchdown lead, the Saints slowly leaked away their advantage, eventually giving way to the Philadelphia Eagles who secured a one point lead late in the fourth quarter. But as we all known, leaving too much time on the clock for former Super Bowl MVP Drew Brees can be a deadly mistake, something the Eagles soon found out.

It was a gratifying win for not only the Saints but also head coach Sean Payton, who missed the 2012 season due to his suspension from ‘Bountygate’.

Curious if the win meant any more to Payton because of that, a reporter with brass balls decided to pose the question during the post game press conference.

Bad decision:

Payton, understandably, wasn’t very interested in answering and threw some nasty shade towards the reporter.
