After an eventful 2013 college football season, it’s now time to determine who the best in the land is when the top-ranked Florida State Seminoles of the Atlantic Coast Conference square off against the second-ranked Auburn Tigers of the Southeastern Conference in the final installment of the BCS National Championship Game.
Florida State has dominated their way to an appearance in this game and a shot at their third national title in school history, and first since the 1999 season under Bobby Bowden. They’re led by their Heisman-winning quarterback Jameis Winston and the rest of their dynamic offensive attack, which is also complemented by a ferocious, aggressive defensive unit.
Auburn is the unlikely participant in this game, coming off a 3-9 season in 2012. Head coach Gus Malzahn instilled his prolific offensive system and has the Tigers playing for the top prize in his first season at the helm. Led by QB Nick Marshall and RB Tre Mason, Auburn will see if they can pull off one more improbable victory to claim their second crystal ball in four years.
Here’s how you can watch all the action of the BCS National Championship Game between the Tigers and the Seminoles as it unfolds live on Monday.
