You never know what you’re going to see when the Norfolk Admirals and Bridgeport Sound Tigers meet in some hardcore AHL action and that just may include a dad catching a loose hockey puck while holding a a sweet little baby on his shoulder.
Dads holding their babies are becoming a recurring theme at sporting events, most notably as baseball games where dads are catching foul balls while holding their son or daughter. It seems whenever this happens that it’s easily one of the top 10 plays on SportsCenter that night.

While this wasn’t exactly a screaming puck coming right at him, like Ross in the first season of Friends when he took a puck to his face at a New York Rangers game, still give kudos to dad for the sweet grab and well obviously not even making the baby cry at all.
What a great memory for father and son
