The WWE is currently in Baltimore, Maryland as they prepare for the latest edition of Raw, but there is some scary news surfacing ahead of their preparation for the show. According to a report from SEScoops.com, WWE Hall of Famer Jerry “The King” Lawler has been hospitalized after suffering what could potentially be his second heart attack.

From the report:

Lawler was vomiting and experiencing chest pains this afternoon and it quickly became clear he needed urgent medical attention.

The news comes from a reliable source who is backstage at RAW right now.

It was in 2012 that Lawler suffered a heart attack during a live WWE Raw show in Montreal. He collapsed during the event and was taken on a stretcher to the backstage area where he received CPR before being treated at the hospital.

The legendary announcer had appeared to be doing well, so hopefully the latest health scare is not as serious as it appears it could be.

We will update you on the situation as more information becomes available.

Hopefully it’s not a heart attack and just angina. Angina attacks can feel like a heart attack. Let’s hope so.
