Monday night, the miracle Auburn Tigers just couldn’t keep the magic going for just one more game as they lost one of the greatest BCS National Championship Game’s in history to the Florida State Seminoles, 34-31.

However, the loss had nothing to do with the running of star Auburn back Tre Mason who was able to gash that vaunted Florida State defense for 195 yards on 34 carries and a touchdown that would have been the game-winner with under two minutes left, had the ‘Noles not gone on their drive to eventually win it.

After the game, Mason expressed to the media the disappointment that he felt toward the Auburn family that they couldn’t bring their second title in four years home.

After that performance, though, Mason is the last one that should feel any sort of disappointment, however in the heat of this moment it’s completely understandable.
