Dodgers' Yasiel Puig arrest video released (Video)

In December, Los Angeles Dodgers slugger Yasiel Puig was arrested for allegedly driving 110 mph in a 70 mph zone. The Dodgers released this statement suggesting that the club talked with the player about the incident.

“We have spoken to Yasiel and made it clear that we, as an organization, are very disappointed in his recent behavior. This is a very serious issue to us and we will continue to educate him and strive to further develop his growth off the field and as a member of this community.”

On Tuesday, TMZ unearthed the dash cam footage of the arrest and it is interesting to say the least. Puig is wearing some bright, tight pink shorts while being taken into custody. My Spanish is somewhat rusty so I don’t know what they’re talking about. The arresting officer does seem to be in a relatively bad mood while making the arrest.
