The two-time defending champion Miami Heat are looking to keep rolling on Tuesday night as they welcome in the New Orleans Pelicans to the American Airlines Arena, looking for their 27th win on the season.
But this one certainly isn’t going as planned so far as, at the half, the Heat are down to the 15-win Pelicans by a few points.
The Heat got some pretty good production from their star, LeBron James in that first half as he dropped in 13 points in 19 minutes of action.
Now, if they can only get some help from the referees in calling some blatant fouls on their star so they can get to the free throw line, that might help too.
On this play in the first half, James was driving to the hoop for the two points, when he was obviously smacked right across the forehead, yet no call was made on the play:
Yeah there’s really no question on that one, but hey, you can’t win them all I guess.
If the Heat lose this game by two points or less though, this is something that you can point back to as a possible turning point.
