2013 was a great year for UCF Knights QB Blake Bortles. He went from virtual unknown, to potential first-round NFL Draft pick in 2014 in leading his team to an American Athletic Conference championship, which then resulted in a dominant win over the Baylor Bears in the Tostitos Fiesta Bowl.
On Tuesday, Bortles announced that he will indeed skip his senior season in Orlando and will see if those first round aspirations are correct as he declared himself for the 2014 NFL Draft.
However, before he goes, the football program that he helped out on the national map this season wanted to send him out in style.
Tuesday, the official UCF Football twitter account sent out this tweet, referencing the famous #BortlesKombat that swept the internet this past college football season, with a very fitting GIF attached to it.

This might be the coolest way that a football program has ever sent a player out.
