The Florida State Seminoles ar fresh off their national Championship win this week but already the team is looking forward to what next year will bring. But before next year can bring anything, this offseason will be taking some names to the NFL Draft in April. Running back James Wilder has already declared and his running mate Devonta Freeman may also come to the same decision in the very near future.
According to Rand Getlin of Yahoo! Sports, Freeman is seriously considering declaring for the NFL Draft and foregoing his final year with the Seminoles.

Freeman has drawn comparisons to Ahmad Bradshaw in his game and would no doubt serve as an ice piece of some NFL teams backfield. He may not yet be a featured runner, but his skills and his numbers this season with the Seminoles suggest that he’s going to get to the level quickly.
He still may return for his senior year too, as it’s not as if the team is getting blown up by the NFL Draft. The main piece of the team is returning in Jameis Winston, which may motivate Freeman to come back and play an even larger role in the offense.
His decision will come soon though as the deadline for underclassmen to declare for the NFL Draft is one week from today on January 15th.
